To Place an Order with MW Computer Design & Service, please use one of the following methods:

To place an order via phone please contact or sales department at 989.786.4605 Monday, Thursday, and Friday between the hours of 10:00am-4:30pm and also on Tuesday and Wednesday between the hours of 10:00am-7:00pm and on Saturday from 11:00am-3:30pm Eastern Standard Time.

To place an order via fax, please print a copy of our Order Request Form, fill it out completely and fax it to 775.370.2037.

Payment Methods We Accept

We accept checks, money orders, cashier's checks, secure credit card and direct wire transfers (Western Union), in denominated in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank. We do not currently accept company purchase orders.


CREDIT CARD, CHECK AND POSTAL MONEY ORDER

We do accept checks or money orders denominated in U.S. dollars as payment for all orders, we do accept Credit Card Orders via phone orders.

Once you have fully made/selected your order, you can send payment to the address below. Please be sure to write your e-mail address on the check or money order so we may properly credit your account/order.

Currently we accept postal money orders and (local Area Money Orders) in denominated in U.S. dollars or checks denominated in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank. Checks must also have a valid nine-digit bank routing number (ABA code) MICR-encoded on the bottom of the check.

Note: All checks will be authorized using Bank check verification service. Returned checks will be referred to for collection and will be subject to the maximum returned check fee allowed by law.

Paying by Credit Card, Check or Money Order, we don't ship your items until your credit card funds are verified, or check, money order is received, and we don't ship the items to you until your funds clear.

Available funds from checks are not designated to specific orders. As per MW Computer Design and Service policy, we will ship the first available order for which there are sufficient funds.



Shipping

Shipping and Returns

MW Computer Design & Service can ship to virtually any address within the U.S. (or if you're shipping to an APO or FPO address, Remember that to find out when you will receive an item, you need to consider the availability of the items you are ordering as well as the shipping option you select.

We are not responsible for shipping damage. Any damage claim must be made with shipping company.


The shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based.

Please Note: orders are generally processed within 2 to 3 business days of approval of funds and confirmation of availability. Orders placed with money order or check option will not be shipped until money order or check is received.



EXCHANGE (RMA) POLICY

Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment (including gifts), you may exchange any of the following items, if item is defective or receive a in house credit of MW Computer Design and Service original selling price, less a restocking fee of 18% at our discretion. (Customer/Buyer pays the shipping cost of the return, and is not refundable)

*Any Complete System or Tower/Desktop System in its original condition.
*Any unopened CDs, OS, Software (If opened not returnable).
*Any Hardware or Accessories in it original condition.

All Items must be with original packaging and accessories!

Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from MW Computer Design & Service. We cannot exchange items unless they are defective or damaged. Items that are returned more than 14 days after delivery are in unsellable condition, or are missing parts will be charged a restocking fee of 18% at our discretion.



PACKING AND SENDING YOUR RETURN

Customer/buyer pays all shipping and handing fees of  Returns.


Just a few simple steps for returning items:

1. Must have/obtain a shipping label, and have original packaging and accessories.

2. Pack the items along with the packing slip ( copy of receipt) securely in a box. You can use the box the items arrived in or another box, if you prefer.

3. Affix the shipping label to the outside of the box.

4. Leave the package for your mail carrier to pick up.



Warranty

Warranty Information

All of our parts come with a manufacturers warranty of at least 1 year. Some come with more. We warrant all of our Custom Computers to be free from defects and to operate as intended for 1 year. This includes all installed components. All warranties are considered void if the computer has been modified from it's original state. (If you want to modify or upgrade your computer please contact us). We will give you an authorization number that will allow you to make changes to your computer and you will still get the remainder of your warranty. This is for your protection. If we know what changes you make to your computer, we can help you with future issues that may arise. After your warranty is expired, and you need service on an item such as a hard drive or CD drive, you will have to contact the manufacturer of the component.
